OSTA is currently looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join OSTA’s team.

Administrative Assistant Position Summary:

The Ottawa Student Transportation Authority (OSTA) manages and delivers student transportation services effectively and efficiently for the more than 72,000 students of the Ottawa Catholic and Ottawa-Carleton District School Boards receiving transportation services each day.

Reporting to the General Manager/Chief Administrative Officer, the Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of secretarial, administrative, communications and accounting support services for the Administration and Operations departments.  Advanced skills are required to create documents, prepare correspondence, coordinate meetings and take minutes, and communicate with a variety of individuals demonstrating initiative, judgement and discretion. The Administrative Assistant also acts as the Receptionist and is the first point of contact for all visitors to the office.
