Outcome: A new hazard was added west of Jeanne D’Arc (417 to before Voyageur) for all grades. OSTA recognizes that the nature of traffic should be a consideration as commuters are rushing to get to the Queensway on-ramp and may not be fully aware of the crossing. The alternate route is in the opposite direction and is not likely to be used by students.
