A new traffic count was done and the notes show a count of 1397 vehicles/hr which meets the minimum threshold criteria for 10 points. This intersection has a signalized pedestrian crossing. A traffic counts was conducted. Observations of pedestrians were made and it appeared that students were getting across without difficulty.
