OSTA staff process close to 12,000 route changes within the first month of school. We receive thousands of phone calls and emails from parents who have moved over the summer, changed their caregiver or daycare provider, or have an alternate arrangement that affects their child’s transportation. We used to post PDF versions of the bus route schedules in late August, which would become outdated and inaccurate within days of posting!
