NEW Variable Transportation Policy & Procedure

In February 2015, the Ottawa Student Transportation Authority (OSTA) put forth a proposed variable transportation policy. Based on what other consortia`s are using and results from internal Operations and external parent surveys, OSTA has developed a NEW policy and procedure to deliver transportation services to students in a joint custody arrangement and having two homes. An application process and other requirements need to be met for students to receive this service.
