Transportation Changes for Students on First Student and Campeau Bus Routes

Due to changes in the transportation market, First Student Transportation is taking over Campeau Bus routes. This will require renumbering of routes.

The Ottawa Student Transportation Authority (OSTA) is working with both Operators to ensure a smooth transition and no service disruptions. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process.

If you have signed up for bus delay notifications on the Parent Web Portal, there is no need to change anything.  All the route information will be automatically updated through our system.

The Changes

Your First Student bus route number is changing

As of Monday, March 23, 2020, your route number will be changing. Please see the table below for your new “E” route number. All stop times and locations remain the same.

Your Campeau bus route number is changing

Routes that used to start with “C”, will start with the letter “E”.  The number will remain the same (see example below). Stop times and locations will remain the same.  First Student’s logo will be visible on the side of the bus by the end of April.
